Any customer data supplied to Troi Mailing Services will remain confidential between these two parties and will be used only for the fulfillment of the projects defined by the client. Supplied files are kept in a secure area and access is restricted. In accordance with Canada’s Privacy Legislation, personal information will not be disclosed, transferred, reproduced, retained or resold.
Troi will keep private information as long as it is reasonably required, including for the purposes of future campaigns, updating products and services, or as required by law. The retention of private information uses safeguards to prevent unauthorized parties from accessing the information. Private information that is no longer necessary or relevant for the identified purposes, or required by law to be retained, will be destroyed.
Troi will develop and maintain security measures to safeguard and protect private information against loss, theft, and copying. Safeguards will also protect against unauthorized disclosure, use or modification. Access to private information is restricted to Troi’s authorized employees, and authorized service providers who need it to perform their work. While the Company seeks to protect all information, the most sensitive information receives the highest level of protection.
All Troi employees shall be made aware of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of private information and may be required to execute a confidentiality agreement acknowledging their obligation to keep personal and business information confidential.
