In general, please allow 7-8 business days for production, and 3-5 business days for postal distribution.
What quantity, size, and type of mail are you sending out?
Finishings should be specified where possible, which commonly include: gloss, matte, or uncoated (offset).

Provide artwork as a high-resolution PDF(s) with bleed and crop marks where applicable. Confirm the order quantity and the preferred option if multiple options were quoted.
E-proofs are provided within 24 hours of receiving print-ready artwork. Physical proofs on Epson printer paper can be provided for a fee, allowing you to review the layout and resolution.
Physical proofs on actual order stocks are not possible due to the nature of commercial printing, but past samples of similar projects can be provided.

This can be done at any stage. Please ensure the fields are consistently formatted. i.e. separate columns for: name, street address, city, province, postal code.

If there is additional variable data for your project, or if any pieces are to be further personalized, you will receive a secondary merged proof for setup approval.
Personalized letters have a second approval process that involves formatting letter copy and adding the variable copy from the provided Excel file. Live samples are then generated for a final approval to ensure all variables and formatting are correct.
