These postage rate changes pertain to:
- First Class Lettermail
- Incentive Lettermail
- Personalized Mail (formerly Addressed Admail)

- Business Reply Mail
2015’s standard fee for Neighbourhood Mail (formerly Unaddressed Admail) will stay the same in 2016–15.8 cents per piece, plus a 1 cent transportation fee.
